<p />Car Wash Mike,[p]Those look great! Did you just use a rub? They look very "wet".[p]Here's my results on a rack of baby backs just a coupla hours ago. The pic above shows the rub, below is the wrap, then the results:[p][p][p]
Just some DP DD, some hickory chips, and a basic 3-1-1. Someone drank all my apple juice (I think it was SWMBO) so I had no braising liquid, but they turned out quite tender regardless.
