Grilled my first steak on the new BGE...

Bought a huge filet at the butcher shop, put a little olive oil on the top and the bottom, and a little steak rub I found. Seared each side for about a minute, and then brought the temp down to around 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. One of the best medium rare steaks I've had in a while. Man I love this grill!
