I just got my cast iron grate for my large egg. I'm so happy to have killer grill marks again.[p]Randy

Randyman,[p]Where did you get it from? Do you have to "season" it? Can you use a grid scrapper to clean it or is this a no no?

ncegger,[p]I got my cast iron grate from Chim-Chimneys Inc. in League City Tx. I seasoned my grate but it was ready to go. As for the cleaning the grate I guess any scrapper/brush will do as it is just cast iron. You just need to proplerly maintain it (oil it after every use).[p]Randy
