2-Level Beef Jerky Grid

<p />Last time we made jerky, I made a quick 2-level grid - it worked so well that this time I even tightened the nuts/bolts - the bottom grid stands on the main BGE grid and is about the height of the opening - then second grid merely sits atop the other so that it can be removed and the jerky on the center grid easily turned.
