Beef kabobs

Sirloin steak cut up in 2 inch cubes, cherry tomatos, onion, red & green bell peppers, dusted with DP'' cowlick rub. grill direct at 440 to an internal temp of 135. Good luck, Tom

For the beef, I use a simple store bought teriyaki marinade. Shrimp, YB has provided real simple but great. Honey, Italian Dressing and Cayenne Pepper. Not to much honey. Then I use baby portabellas in same mixture as shrimp. Through a few chestnuts on.
I prefer tri-tip steaks cut into small squares.
