Beef Loin Point Roast
Options
Wentlooking for a sirloin round tip roast and wound up with a Beef Loin Point Roast per the Butcher's recommendation. Will the same cooking process work? The point roast is rolled and tied and has been marinating for a couple of hours. Any advice is welcome and Happy Holidays...
