3.5 pound butt times
Nature Boy
Posts: 8,687
I posted this earlier, but it only ended up on the last 25 posts![p]Happy Holiday weekend all.
I am cooking a small butt to give to the neighbors for dinner tomorrow. I have never done one under 8 pounds, and was wondering what to expect for times for this 3.5 pounder?? Should 8
hours at 250 do it?? Or might I need longer.[p]Thanks much, and I hope everyone is able to get some relaxing in for the Season.
Cheers
