Awesome Blue Cheese Dressing

Modified this from a cookbook recipe, which turned out great! Lathered up some romaine lettuce quarters with evoo, salt and pepper. Roasted on a 500 grill, for about 1 1/2 minutes, turning frequently, charring the lettuce niceley (got that from Naked Whiz site). Drizzled with this blue cheese dressing..yum. Only difference I will add next is bacon crumbles overtop next time:[p]1/3 c buttermilk
4 oz. whipped garlic and herb cream cheese (whipped cc with chives is ok, add you own garlic and herbs)
1/4 c sliced green onion greens
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 5oz package crumbled gorganzola (or blue cheese)[p]Add first 7 ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in gorganzola. [p]Serve over charred romaine as shown above or eat with a spoon...
