Hey all,[p]The lump supply is refilled and I'm cooking again. Filled up the egg last night with fresh lump and did some Thai marinated chicken breasts, they were awesome. Glad to be back, now I have to get to the batch of jerkey thats been in the sauce for about 5 days now. Should be plenty flavorful as I threw in 4-5 whole chipoltes with the river city marinade. It may have a little "whang" to it.[p]Troy
