Howdy all,[p]Bought a beautiful Red Snapper yesterday from a local fish market and would like to grill the whole fish.[p]Any tips?[p]Marinade or not?[p]Thanks.[p]Mick

nature boy and i did this one up a couple of winters ago ...i think we put some lemon slices in the cavity, scored the flesh, rubbed it with some olive oil and a sprinkle of dizzy raging river (or tsunami spin, can't remember for sure). ..then grilled it in the hot cast iron pan for about 7 - 10 minutes per side at around 425 dome temp....as i recall, it was very sweet and delicious . ...HTH[p]
