<p />Fish Bones,[p]Well, a ribeye is the center of the prime rib roast so doing one without the bones is just like the one I have done. Pictured is a 3 bone prime rib roast cooked at 350-375 for 2.75 hr indirect. The important part is to cook until its the proper temp internal. I take mine to 135 deg and let stand for 20 min and it raises upto about 140 deg. [p]This is an exceptional hunk of meat and you don't need much more than salt, pepper and some regular seasonings. Check the link for more pictures etc. [p]Earl in Canada does these very well - his success with them inspired many of the forum members to try them. Actually it's very easy to cook.[p]Tim
