Just came home from Costco with a box of frozen snow crab legs. Why is it that we buy things at Costco when we have know idea how we are going to cook them? Well, I figure the egg is involved somehow. I really need to try twice baked potatoes, so can I just toss the legs on for a few minutes at 350*-400* as the spuddoes are browning? Anyone ever cook snow crab legs on the egg? Should I just steam them?[p]Thanks,[p]Ed

    Edintx,
They are already fully cooked, you can thaw them and eat them cold, or warm them up. Alton Brown reccommends microwaving them. -RP

Last summer the Food Lion up the road was closing and they had frozen snow crab clusters on sale. I bought a mess of them. I thawed them a liitle in the sink by running a little water over them, put on a good dose of a locally made shrimp/crab boil , drizzled them with oil, and put 'em all on a raised grid at about 350. I really don't remember how long I cooked them but they were fantastic.
