    Here a story about a turkey breast that I did a week ago with Pecan Wood.
    There are also recipes that others have posted and are worth looking at. Almost everyone will tell you to brine the turkey breast for best results. Go indirect for 375 until the internal temperature reaches 165.[p]Hope this helps,
