Bamabob,[p]The venison served at Eggtoberfest was quite good. Unfortunately, I do not know which cut was cooked nor the prep and cooking method. I do hope it will be posted.[p]Here are a few more recipes for venison.[p]Spin

Wise One,[p]Although we fell short on an tried and true Egg recipe, I do think we more than made up for it in the possibilites for what may be the next tried and true Egged venison recipe :-). After all, the fun is in the experimenting.[p]Hey Bob, please share the results (to far away for a taste).[p]Spin[p]

Mr Beer,
Thanks to ALL you folks that sent me recipes and sites, you're GREAT! Got so many good things to try gotta go out lookin fer some fresh roadkill.Have to beat dogs to the fresh uns.First gotta go take them little deer warning whistles offen my front bumper, cant get no meat with them things howlin'.I'll post results (if I have any worth reportin'). Bob

Bamabob,
post the results even if they don't turn out. Part of learning from experience is knowing what NOT to do as well as knowing what to do. Besides, one man's trash is another man's treasure. You might not like it but it may sound tempting to me. (BTW, if you get our early, just before daybreak, you can beat the dogs to the best roadkill.) Good cooking to ya.
