G'mornin!
Humpty junior is strapped down in the back of the truck, and the boneless leg-o-lamb is rubbed down with an olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh rosemary, soy, dijon mustard paste (thanks Cat). Gonna cook the prime rib and lamb at the same time indirect in junior, and I was hoping yall can point me right.[p]For a 3.3 pound boneless loeg-o-lamb, and a 2.3 pound rib roast, what temp should I use, and approx times. I was thinkin maybe 375-400 and maybe 20 minutes/lb., but not sure. Internal around 150 on both for medum??[p]Thanks a bunch for any ideas.
My turn to cook!
