BGE Grid Lifter and large cast iron grate

I just got a new BGE Cast Iron Grate today and have a question of other EGGers who have it also. Does the BGE Grid Lifter handle it comfortably or is the grate just too heavy ?? I have been looking at alternatives but the BGE lifter seems to be the best I have seen.
Please comment if you have some pros or cons.
