Char-Woody,[p]I placed an order for a tri-tip yesterday too, hope to have it soon. I have never seen one (other than at Eggtoberfest) or cooked one so let me know how you do yours and if it turns out like you wanted. My wife is awful sketpical.[p]Tim

Nothing to be skeptical about! I haven't done a tri-tip roast, but the tri-tip steaks I got at Costco are very nice. Tender, and a nice rich flavor. You will not be disappointed!
