Muchos Gracias for your response to my question regarding the used of rosemary wood for certain cooks. As per your recommendations to use it sparingly and on only certain kinds of meat, another friend of mine thought also, that more robust flavored and/or gamier foods like lamb, etc., might benefit most and wouldn't get overpowered.
I think I'll try it out first, with a quick grill-job on some lamb chops, cooking them hot and fast ala "the perfect steak" that is so great to cook on the Egg.
