I am embarrassed to admit that it has been close to a year since I've visited the BGE Forum. I am happy to see it is still going strong. I downloaded a couple of recipes that I am very excited about.[p]My Egg will be going strong tomorrow with a 12pd. turkey; my wife put me on notice that the turkey was to cook on the Egg again this year (not that it took much arm twisting.)[p]Have a great holiday! And, I be visiting regularly again.
