I found this Island Marinade from a company called Soy Vay that has some great flavor. I marinated a tri-tip in it over night, then trexed it for dinner. Thin sliced and served with sticky rice it was awesome. Looks like they have some other great products if anyone is interested. http://www.soyvay.com/
