French Country Bread on the BGE

This is my second attempt to bake French Country loaves (Thom Leonard formula) on the BGE. I do this well on a commercial gas oven, but this is only the second attempt on the BGE. Just finished dinner, and this bread is as good as I have ever baked! I'm absolutely sold on the BGE ceramic cooker for this specific application during our very long, hot Summers
