Anyone ever egged turkey wings? The are kind of a waste on a thanksgiving day bird - they are done way too quick unless you bind them up. They are nice and big though. [p]Could you buffalo them? Thay would be a real laugher watching football Thursday night to bring out some "mega sized" hot wings![p]Any thoughts?[p]Jimbo

Jimbo,[p]There is a wing joint near work that makes turkey wings. They leave the tips (actually have a little meat and are nice nibbles) on and they look like someone decided to cook a buzzard. The wings are marinated and rubbed, then deep fried.[p]Buffalo style would be fantastic. Since the pieces are thicker, they could withstand a stronger spicing and still blend well when eaten.[p]Go for it![p]Spin
