markymark,[p]It might be to late, however Sea Bass filets are incredible using a soaked cedar wood plank on the egg. [p]I soak plank for an hour.[p]While plank is soaking I have sea bass out on counter.[p]On the sea bass I rub olive oil, generous ammount of squezed lemon, generous garlic powder, salt and pepper.[p]When ready to grill,
Bring egg to 375[p]The plank will slow cooking, and take off when the fish looks done.[p]Very Good

Thanks everyone.
I marinated them with Sesame oil and soya sauce and some ginger, garlic, a bit of brown sugar and a pinch of cajun spice sprinkled on top and grilled them at 400 with flesh down (direct) for 3 minutes. Then flipped them with skin down, closed the vents and let them cook for 15 minutes. Temp was 300 by the end and they were great. Thanks for the advice.
