I tried the giner lime chicken last night. I was impressed with it. I was only able to marinate the chicken for like 15 minutes so it didnt have too much flavor.
the only thing I wished was to have some of the sause to have with the rice. So my thought was to maybe make up a second marinade and put it on the stove in a sause pan and ad a little chicken stock and let it reduce down to thicken?
Do you think that would work and has anyone tried it?? thanks Jason

    JQuinn,
Did them myself last night and was thinking how good they would be in an 'oriental' salad, but was worried about a dressing masking the flavor of the meat. I think I will adjust the marinade to make a light dressing. Would appreciate some ideas myself...
