Hey All,[p]I picked up a couple of approximately 7 lb butts. So here's my questions. What dome tempature should I use? What is the estimated time to get this baby cooked and ready to serve? I am hoping to have this puppy going into some mouths at about 11 AM on Sunday morning.[p]As always thanx to you Eggsperts out there.[p]Jethro
