Awesome Steak

We did Steak last night doing the TRek method suggested by the Naked Whiz and Grillmeister and they turned out awesome. They had to be the best steaks I think I ever tasted so tender and the juices just flowed and the subtle smoke flavor, just couldn't get over the flavoring, ate more of the steak than usual. [p]We cooked on a Lg. Egg so we had to tweek the times a little but not much and used a little bit thinner cut of NY strip than suggested but next time we will get a thicker cut.[p]Thanks for the suggestion:)
