Brisket time...again

Just came from the new Whole Foods store in town with the prettiest flat I've ever seen. She's marinating now, gonna toss her on the small in the morning and see how long she takes. Last brisket I tried was corned beef, turned out as moist and tender as you can imagine but next time I'm gonna soak it first. Was way too salty for my tastes.
