3-1-1 Ribs, Jack Daniels

I can't seem to locate the recipe for doing Ribs 3-1-1 and using a Jack Daniels and Apple juice spray. On the first '1" it was a foil with brown sugar and honey.

Last time I did it, ribs were great, but I can't seem to find the recipe.
