Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage tonight

Very new to this.[p]Love it!![p]Doing sausage tonight.[p]Winging on my own so to speak, Cooking indirect at around 375 for about an hour. Sausages are starting to sizzle. Should be ready in about 10 minutes.

    Hey, glad your having fun! I gotta do some beer brats soon. Just bought sausage mix without the casing for a grilled snack. Johnsonville is some good stuff. My butcher made sausage with cheese curds and hot peppers so I bought 4 of them to try out. It's picnic time.
