I saw PICK's post on May 18 and copied the recipe. This is only our 4th cook on new Lg BGE and it was terrific. Did 3 large Chicken breasts (Sanderson Farms) exactly per the posted directions. Was really pleased to find the seasonings here in our small town (@WalMart SuperStore). Did a very different potato salad for a side and grilled some fresh asparagus at the end after the brests were turned to crisp the skin. Wow! .... what a joy to have come out so well. I would not hestitate to cook these for guests with full confidence in the result.[p]Many thanks PICK for treating us to a special meal![p]Tom B.
