EAT,[p] Maybe you could give us the location as to where this
person was cooking. Up top, left, straight ahead or down
close to the runway. As I understand it, there were aprox 25 Eggs being put to good use. Pretty impressive with all of them smoking away. We cooked up many steaks on the mini
& used four different types of seasonings. Barb had the job
of slicing them up into strips for samples.
I am sure someone can point you to what you are looking for
    with a little more info.

  • Earl,[p]He was located at the left of the small roof (where the music was), by the second fire pit.
It was delicious spicy pepercorn roast beef.
    Thanks for you help,

    EAT,
I believe that was Grilling Bill.

    EAT,
It was either Grillin Bill or Rhum&Jerk. Do you remember what he was wearing? Bill made his Eggfest '99 Tritip beef recipe and R&J made ribs on a mini, tandoori chicken and beef fajitas on the large.
