I have a buddy at work going on a fishing trip and he expects to bring back lots of Trout. So if I wanted to egg it, is it better smoked or grilled? Anyone have a favorite. I have looked at the 2 recipes in the recipe section, but was wondering if anyone has some other suggestions?
