Eggtoberfest 2000 - Barbecued Turkey ("a.k.a. PDK Bird")

All,[p]The Pujda clan truly had a fabulous time at Eggtoberfest 2000. Thanks to Ed, the BGE staff, the cooks and the eaters. It was just a great event to eat, learn, mingle and engage in conversation with so many that attended (and finally put faces and souls to many e-mail addresses). We're only sorry that we didn't meet everyone who made it.[p]Just a couple of notes ... YB, our daughter Jennifer would like very much to eat your chicken cacciatore on a regular basis :). Next year son Richard wants to man his own BGE. We personally look forward to that happening.[p]As promised, the recipe for the Barbecued Turkey, or in honor of Peachtree-Dekalb Airport - "PDK Bird". Just click on the link provided.[p]WMK, We'll be glad to help reformat the recipe if necessary.[p]Once again, thanks to all.[p]Puj & Mrs. Puj
