What is the best way to do pork chops, say about 1 inch thick, on the BGE?

<p />Cajun Boy,[p]One inch thick chops are good but an inch and a half or more is even better. Treat them like steaks and cook quickly over high heat like 650-700* Many of us have discovered a brand of spice rubs known as Char Crust. They come in 5 different blends and several are great with pork.[p]I also like to smoke pork chops upon occassion and will marinate first using one of the recipes in this forums recipe section. A favorite is orange juice, jerk sauce and a spash of rum. Smoke them to an internal temp of 150*.[p]K~G
