Colonel Pork Butt

So I had no idea what to expect at my first eggfest. Man were my expectations blown away! Had a great time, and sure was nice to finally put some face's and voices with name's I have been seeing on the forum for years. Next year I will be sure to ramp up early for some more serious cooking than I was able to do this year. One thing for sure will be a pop up awning for some shade, Mr. Sun crushed me![p]Cheers everyone...
