Newbie: trouble keeping temp low
New and happy owner of a large BGE. I have trouble keeping the temp on the lower rather than the high side. Tried to smoke a turkey breast at 250 yesterday, but, despite closing top and bottom, couldn't really get it lower than 350. Hints? Thanks. hirhoward@comcast.net
