Stuffed Pork Chops

I cooked some pork chops with spinach and ricotta cheese on the egg tonight. Boy did they come out great. The zucchini was great too. I seared the chops at 550 for 2 minutes a side then shut the vents and cooked for 12 minutes longer. When the temp hit 400 I opened the vents again.
