I believe it was LawnRanger that posted something about did the boil thing with the bacon on the abt's with much better results. Can someone explain this procedure to me please. Thanks[p]

    par cook the bacon, so that is will be half-cooked when you put it on the ABTs.[p]that way it'll crisp up on the BGE. often it is still chewy even after the ABTs are done, this way, it is crisp.[p]boil for a minute, or microwave, or put it under the broiler on a rack over a pan or cookies sheet (with sides).

    What he said. Did them last night and I finally remembered to boil the bacon and they turned out much much better.
