base diameter of large egg?

does anyone happen to know the base diameter of a large egg?[p]thanks a lot!

I have a large egg sitting on its 3 little feet on top of an 18" round paver stone. There's less than an inch of the stone showing past the feet. I guess the diameter of the egg is about 12-14 inches or so.

If my tape did not slip under the back, the diameter is close to 45" and that gives us 14.3" diameter apprx.

Correction, typo, 45" is the circumference.
