Just got my copy and I'm inspired to do so much more on the Big Green Egg other than typical BBQ, you know butts, briskets, ribs and thigh's. While I love cooking these things I also get tired of it sometimes. It's so cool to see recipes that as he says in the book celebrate year-around barbecue. He's got recipes for any and all holiday's and occasion's in it. It's extra special for us eggers because of the Egg's unique ability to cook well in cold weather situations so we will really be able to have some fun with these new recipes year-around. It's gonna be a hit, I'd order your copy now !!!
