<p />Oh boy! I received my autographed copy of Dr. BBQ’s Barbecue All Year Long Cookbook. This book is about year around BBQing with the seasons, holidays and occasions that celebrate good food and good times. I’m already there with cookin year round, as most of us eggheads are, but this cookbook gives a fresh and creative approach to straight forward BBQ, side dishes and even cocktails to drink while cooking, sharing and celebrating. There is a section on Eggtoberfest in Atlanta with recipes from forum members and we know Dr. BBQ is a big fan of the egg.

Here is his “Rib meat Potato Skins” on my mini. I swapped pulled beef BBQ for rib meat cause that’s what I had in the frig and used 4 year old aged Wisconsin cheddar to these double baked spuds. Man, they were fantastic. [p]Thank you Dr. BBQ!
