Cooking half a spatchcocked chicken..............

how long should I cook it at 350?? When I cooked a whole one previously I cooked it for an hour......should a half one take less time??? I don't have a thermopen to check it......

    GenesGrill,[p]Figure close to an hour for half also. There isn't really any difference between half and whole for splatchcoked chicken because the same thickness of meat has to be cooked.
