Thanks to All who made this EggFest an EXTRAVAGANZA...Special Kudos to CHRIS & all who helped him put it together. As a Vendor (BBQ GURU) it was a great opportunity to meet a lot of OKLA Eggers (TEXANS too, as well as folks from all over the USA, even PA's Smoking Todd) & swap some ideas, recipes, & naturally, LIES... Congrats also to fellow TEXAN MollyShark, that Crafty Culinary Queen of Cuisine who won the 1st IRON EGG CHEF competition. The only downside to the whole fest was that it was only (1) day, & we understand that will NOT be the case next year.
Hope all concerned can make the short trip down to AUSTIN for the TexFest in May, We'll be there!...Again, Thanks to All.

    Car Wash Mike,[p]The basic idea will be golf tournament on Friday morning, Meet and Greet Friday night, Eggfest kicks off Saturday morning and goes non-stop until Sunday afternoon. Some people may want to go back to the hotel or just stay for one day, others may want to camp out and do some overnight cooks. Will work out the details over the next year, but we've already got a few surprises in mind. Should be interesting.[p]Chris
