To Egg Folks[p] I have my egg now for almost a year, I really love it, but I am certainly learning allot. My wife bought some Pork Ribs the other day for the Egg, these are the big ones, not the baby backs. Anyway I was wondering if anybody out there has a great way to cook these ribs. I am kind learning as I go, so if there is a easy kind of way I would like that, but still has flavor.. this has been fun so far, but I am still trying differnt things, so that is good![p] thanks much---way up here in Mid-Michigan

Rich,[p]There are plenty of ways to cook them, each a little different, and if you are like me you will notice more flavor than loin ribs. I have a rib page that shows how to trim 'em up and a few basic tips on barbecuing them. It's a good starting place. Follow the link and look in the PORK section. [p]The sites recipe section, archives and I think everybody's barbecue website has their favorite recipe on it. No shortage of information around here on ribs. I'm sure others will chime in too.[p]~thirdeye~
