I want to cook several pork tenderloins, freeze and later re-heat. How would the directions red?[p]Cook tenderloins until they reach ______ degrees. After they cool, freeze in vacuum sealed freezer bags. When ready to re-heat, place in refrigerator until thawed. Re-heat in boiling water for _____ minutes, or wrap in foil and heat in oven at _____ degrees for _____minutes.[p]Thanks

    memphis10c,
Fill in the blanks and give it a try and give us a report back. Someone was the first to eat an oyster. I think you'll be the first to do something like this. Good luck.

I usually cook them to 150 and have been happy with my results, so I'd cook them completely to 150.[p]I've often read that a little Coca-Cola was good for reheating. It might be interesting to let the tenderloin cool, then add a splash of Coke in with them before you seal them for the freezer.[p]If reheating in boiling water, time to reheat probably isn't that critical. The thing is already cooked, so you really just need to heat it through.
