"Hot Tub" LOndon Broil last night...

WOW.....it was tasty! Not much time for the marinade (1 HOUR), but it was really TASTY!!! I really can't believe how FAST this hot tub method cooks a London Btoil.....almost could not finish a beer before it was DONE! Seared a couple of minutes on each side (was not timing things too closely) and dwelled for around five minutes until the Polder went of at 135. If you have not tried this...YOU MUST! Paul

That's become my prefered method for steaks. I did a tri-tip roast using the hot tub proceedure and it really reduced the cooking time. -RP
