Hey all,[p]I was in St. Louis this weekend for a big too-doo at the Botanical Gardens, quite beautiful this time of year by the way, and they had some local food suppliers there hawking their wares also. Kinda like a food/art market, really quite neat. Anyway, there was a guy there who was selling Q sauce and rubs that looked interesting. I picked up one bottle of each and used them on some beef ribs Sunday. Rubbed the meat and let it sit for about 2 hours, then cooked direct in a rib rack for 5.5 hours at 225. WOOOOOOEEEEEEE. Really good stuff. The site is linked below (hopefully). Enjoy. No affiliation etc. Its worth a try though, their description of the sauce is right on, spicy, sweet, a bit vinegary on the back of the tongue.[p]Troy

Love vinegar based sauces.
