My standard for cooking things is I want whatever it is I am serving to be better than you can get in a restaurant. The reason I like this standard is because I am profoundly cheap, and, whenever I can reduce the pool of satisfactory eating out spots, I jump at the chance.
I have never had any success with buffalo wings in the past. Tried them a bunch of different ways. Always ended up going to a place down the road a piece which did a better job.[p]
I tried ChefRD's wings this weekend, and I have just eliminated yet another item from my list of things I want to get when going out. [p]Thanks to RD and thanks to the others who had tried the recipe and gave it the recommend.
