Keeping Ribs hot or reheating question???

Still experimenting with my new egg, doing some ribs today for the family and have a question. Got the good Costco Baby Backs, going to cook the Dizzy Pig Method and it says anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, depending on meat, conditions, etc.. I'd like to have them done for dinner and wondering if, they are done early, the best method to keep them warm and/or reheat them without destroying the lot? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Happy Easter all.

use the 3-1-1 method allow for 5 to 5 1/2 hours of cooking. If they are done early wrap in foil then towels and put in a cooler should hold heat for quite some time.
Good Luck[p][p][p][p][p][p]

orion11,[p]I've had good luck foiling each rack individually and holding them in a 170 or so oven. They will not cook or dry out unless you leave them in there for more than, say, 3 or 4 hours. I’ve gone longer but I add a little juice or some other fluid that’s appropriate for the recipe. When your oven "cycles", the lowest temp should still be above 160. That's the San Diego County Health Dept's minimum holding temp. [p]Add a little direct grilling just before serving if they get a little too soft for your licking.

orion11,
Buy a roll of Film 905...a commercial grade of cling wrap.[p]Most all contestants use it to hold products. It will stand temps up to 300 degrees.[p]I wrap all products & place them in a styrofoam container. The temps hold for at least 2 hours. No need for foil & towels. Foil doesn't seal well.[p]It also makes a good freezer wrap.[p]
