Hi guys! I am alive and doing fine. Glad those Lizard Balls interest you. It is one of our families' favorite. One recipe can make as many as 60 small portioned balls. Its up to you, depending on the size. We do not know yet about the Eggfest, depends on some results we will be waiting on. I do certainly hope to attend, though. Thanks Chef Wil for contacting me!
